"Help
your brother whether he is an oppressor or an oppressed," A man said,
"O Allah’s Apostle! I will help him if he is oppressed, but if he is an
oppressor, how shall I help him?" The Prophet said, "By preventing him
from oppressing (others), for that is how to help him."
Sahih Bukhari Hadith No. 84 Book 85, Volumune 009 Narrated by Anas (r.a.)

The Prophet peace be upon him said: "A Muslim is the brother of another
Muslim. He neither betrays him nor tells him lie, nor humiliate him.
Every thing belonging to a Muslim, his honour, his property and his
blood is sacrosanct to another Muslim and the piety is here (pointing
toward the heart) it is fairly serious evil to consider a Muslim mean.
-Imam Tirmithi has mentioned this tradition and called it good, Sahih.
